At Peiskos Wellness, we understand that every person and every situation is unique. Just as a landscaper or lawyer may have an hourly rate that adjusts based on the work involved, our pricing varies depending on your specific needs. We don’t believe in a cookie-cutter approach to healthcare. Instead, we offer creative, individualized solutions designed around you — your goals, your comfort, and your situation.

We are licensed to practice in the state of New Hampshire.
Currently, we do not have a brick-and-mortar location, but we may reconsider the need for this as we grow. At this time, our mobility allows us to limit our overhead expenses, keeping our prices competitive.
Our Service Area currently includes Londonderry, Derry, Windham, Salem, Chester, Auburn, Candia, and Deerfield. Additional NH towns may be available; please contact us for details.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided not to bill health insurance companies directly at this time. This allows us to focus on patient care instead of paperwork, delays, and restrictions that often come with the traditional healthcare system.
We use a traditional EMR (electronic medical record) system for documentation, which allows us to provide a detailed receipt for services, including billing codes, that you can submit to your insurance provider, FSA, or HSA for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement policies vary, and it’s up to each patient to verify eligibility with their insurance or account manager.
By operating outside the traditional insurance model, we’re able to offer more flexible, affordable, and personalized care without the red tape.

In New Hampshire, Nurse Practitioners have Full Practice Authority. This means they are licensed to evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications — all independently, without physician oversight.
Nurse Practitioners in New Hampshire can also serve as Medical Directors and lead healthcare practices, ensuring that patients receive safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care.
With advanced clinical training and a holistic approach to wellness, NPs combine the science of medicine with the art of patient-centered care — focusing on prevention, education, and long-term health outcomes.
